Hi everyone on  the 9th of December we went to a awesome place. The  Grade 2′s went for an excursion to the  Marine Discovery Centre!

What we saw the most was…

Everyone enjoyed thev Marine Discovery Centre.  My most favourite animals where seahorses, fish that changed colour  and the puffer fish! The puffer fish is really cool is has lots of spikes all around it. 

I loved all the animals that I  saw. My Dad also went to the Marine Discovery Centre too, he loved it! I think we all leant a lot. All the teachers who helped where my Dad (Andrew), Mrs Mullen , Mrs Morris, Miss Jordan and a couple more!

Some things we  did where

 1. We met the leaders, Annie and Jess.

2. We held the creatures in the touch pool.

3. Watched Alan feed the animals.

4. Made a rock pool.

5. Looked the different fish and Sea animals in the all the tanks.

6. The most favourite fish, was the pufferfish.

Not that long ago my family and I put  the christmas tree up.

We thought we would have  purple, sillver and  white decorations.  

When we brought the christmas tree it was in a box, so we had to set it up.

Here is a pitcure of our christmas tree with out the decorations on it.

We got a fake christmas tree this year because you can use it more and

it does not make a mess! But I do miss the smell of a fresh christmas tree! :lol:

After the chrismas tree was set up, we put the lights on 1st, then we put the purple and

 silver decorations on and last of all my dad put the star on the top!

We usally put the christmas tree up in early December.

Hello everyone I’m  going to be writing about my puppy dog!

My puppy dog's name is Lilly, she is 1 year old. I named her
Lilly because I think it is a cute name!

 Lilly likes to sleep in my bed, play on the trampoline,
 swing on the swing very high and play with her purple
ball.
I sometimes like to comb her fur.

Lilly is a good girl for me, and keeps me company.

Today I was thinking about birds.

Birds come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and colours. What is my favorite bird? A Peacock is my favorite bird!

Here are some facts about Peacocks.

• They can  be a symbol of good or bad luck.
• Only the male of the species, the peacock, has beautiful, multicoloured tail feathers.
• Peacock feathers are very colourful. The peacock sheds more than 150 feathers a year before the breeding season begins.

Hi everyone again, I thought my next post could be about

Moshi Monsters.

Moshi Monsters is a game you can play on the internet that I love playing.

You need a log in, you can feed it and tickle it. You can also buy clothes and find new house colours.

There is a Pin board where you can right messages to all your friends.

You also will have a Friends Tree, with all the names of your Friends in it which you have added.

Things I like doing at school

Well term 3 has been very busy I can say!

In 2KM and2KJ we have done lots of maths, writing,  independent reading and group actives.

Projects we have made are the Flat Stanley and the post card project, they have all been so much fun.
